Terms of Payment:  

Experience has shown us that a lot of people book lodgings early. Unfortunately, we have had some experiences with last minute cancellings and  f not showing up. Since Hørsholm Kennel and Cattery is a small, serious business, it is not possible to run it under these conditions. As a result of this, we have introduced these terms of payment.

Notice - our prices stay the same all year.

Our terms of payment concern reservations of 5 days or more, and the peak season:

If you wish to book lodgings for your dog or cat at Hørsholm Kennel and Cattery for a duration of 5 days or more, or in the peak season, there is a 500 DKR deposit.

Notice - your reservation is not valid, until we have received the deposit.
You will receive a written confirmation, including information about the appointet period, when the deposit has been received.

No later than 3 weeks prior to the stay at Hørsholm Kennel and Cattery begins, payment for one half of the stay is due. The rest is charged upon handing in your dog or cat.

If you book lodgings later than 3 weeks ahead of time, the agreement is final. Should the reservation be cancelled, you will be charged for the entire period. The reservation can not be transferred to a 3. party

Please notice that the days of arrival and departure are considered full days. You will not be charged for optional activities that has not been received.

Terms of cancellation:

When cancelling, the deposit of 500 DKR is not returned.

If the cancellation is made no later than 3 weeks prior to the stay, all payments except for the deposit of 500 DKR is refunded.

If the cancellation is made later than 3 weeks prior to the stay, 20% of the payment exceeding the deposit at 500 DKR is refunded.

Reservations made later than 3 weeks ahead of time are final, and you will be charged for the entire period. The reservation can not be tranferred to a 3. party

If you pick up your dog or cat before the end of the reserved period, no refunds are given.

Peak season:

Week 6 + 7 (Winter break)
Week 15 + 16 (Easter)
Week 23 to 36 (June, July, August - Sommer break)
Week 41 + 42 (Fall break)
Week 52 + 53 + 1 (Christmas / New Years)

Notice - above conditions are applicable regardless of your method of reservation (phone or email).
